- Official Resumption: 09:00 on May 5, 2026 (China Standard Time)

(I) Purchasing & Ordering 🛒
Purchasing orders can be submitted as usual during the holiday, and our buyers will proceed with procurement normally.
Kindly note: Some partner merchants may resume delivery after the holiday, please stay tuned.
(II) Warehouse Cutoff & Resumption 📦
1. Goods Warehousing
- Receiving Suspension: 17:00 on April 30, 2026 (China Standard Time)
- Pre-Holiday Warehousing: Goods received before 17:00 on April 30 will be processed into the warehouse by 18:00 the same day.
- Receiving Resumption: 09:00 on May 5, 2026 (China Standard Time)
- Post-Holiday Reminder: Warehousing may be slightly delayed due to a surge in parcels after the holiday. Thank you for your understanding and patience ❤
2. Parcel Packing Requests
- Pre-Holiday Packing: All packing requests submitted before 18:00 on April 29, 2026 will be completed before the holiday ✅
- Post-Holiday Packing: Requests submitted after 18:00 on April 29 will be processed in sequence starting from 09:00 on May 5.
There may be delays due to a sharp increase in parcel volume after the holiday, thank you for your understanding.
3. Parcel Shipment 🚚
- Pre-Holiday Shipment: Parcels with freight paid before 18:00 on April 29, 2026 will be shipped out on the same day ✈
- Shipment Resumption: 09:00 on May 5, 2026 (China Standard Time)
(III) Payment, Withdrawal & After-sales Service 💰💳
Withdrawal, recharge applications 📩 and after-sales refunds 📤 submitted between 18:00 Apr 30, 2026 – 09:00 May 5, 2026 will be processed in sequence starting from 09:30 May 5, 2026 (China Standard Time) ⏳.
III. Reminder 💡
The above timing adjustments are special arrangements for the Labor Day holiday only. All services will resume normal operation after resumption of work.
